How to Use SMURKE Social Media Management Calendar to Schedule Content

Let’s be honest, managing multiple social media accounts can be overwhelming and can seem like it’s a full time job. But it doesn't need to be that way.

We know that your time is money so SMURKE has created a way to not only manage all your social media accounts in one place, but also allow a way for you to create content ahead of time and let our platform do the work. That’s right, you can schedule all your social media posts to push automatically so you can free up hours in your day.

This is how it works:

First, login to your account! That was easy. When you do, the first page you will see is the dashboard for your Business Center.

Under "Products” in the left menu select Social Marketing. If you don't see the left menu, click on the "hamburger menu" (three horizontal lines) located above the SMURKE iconic elephant logo.

After clicking on the option titled as “Social Marketing”, you will navigate to the main page of Social Marketing where you can view your top posts as well as scheduled posts that are coming up.

Next, click on “My Posts”. This will open up different drop down options. To schedule your social media posts ahead of time, click on the “Calendar” option. Once your calendar has opened up you have the option to click on any date to schedule your social media post.

Finally, you are where the magic happens from SMURKE Social Media Management! The very top of the page will have an arrow that says “Post to”. Underneath the “Customize Account” there is a drop down icon that will display all of your Social Media accounts after you have connected them. All you have to do is check the accounts you want to schedule a post to!

In the content box you can type, link, and upload any content! Sometimes, it can be tough to come up with content or sometimes it’s just hard to be creative. Again, to save you time you can pin Interesting content that you can pull from when in a pinch. To access Interesting content simple click on the RSS icon . Videos and photos can be uploaded in the media box too or you can use free integrated photos and gifs to make your job even easier.

All that’s left is for you to schedule when you would like your content to be posted under the “Publish” title. When you’re ready click Schedule post! You can also post instantly. Simple.

Now sit back and relax and let our platform do its thing. You can use those extra hours you saved to read a book, spend time with family or simply to binge-watch your favorite tv show. Our's just might be Planet Earth.
